Exchange and Refund

Exchange and refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging.

Returns are subject to our return policy, which may include return shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If goods are received damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days with photos. Once verified, we will replace the item or refund according to your preference. Photographic evidence of the damaged product may be required.

 

Return Policy

All returns must be authorised by our team prior to being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may be refused. To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on electric products, such as light boxes, for non-man-made faults. All other products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
