Lowest Price Guarantee Policy

At Safety Elite, we aim to offer competitive pricing on all our products. If you find the same product at a lower advertised price from another Australian retailer, we will match it – subject to the conditions below:

1. Eligibility

   • The competitor’s product must be identical (same brand, model, size, and specifications).

   • The competitor must be an Australian retailer, selling in AUD and including GST.

   • The competitor’s offer must be publicly available and verifiable.

2. Exclusions

   • Clearance, liquidation, or closing down sales.

   • Member-only discounts, bundle deals, or wholesale/bulk orders.

   • Second-hand, refurbished, or display stock.

   • Pricing errors or misprints.

3. How to Claim

   • Provide us with evidence of the lower price (website link, screenshot, or official quote).

   • Email your claim to sales@safety-elite.com.au before purchasing, or within 7 days of your order.

   • Once verified, we will adjust your order price or refund the difference.

4. Other Conditions

   • Price match applies to the product price plus any applicable shipping charges.

   • We reserve the right to limit quantities to reasonable household or business use.

   • This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
